Spotting roadkill is pretty much an everyday thing for those who live in the mountains or a rural area. A similar incident occurred with Steve Knoop and his friends, who were driving down the road when they spotted a tiny, brown lump in the middle of nowhere — it was a fawn. Can you begin to predict what they initially thought? (I know I can, and it doesn’t sound like good news!)
Fortunately, the situation was caught on film because what happened next may not be what a lot of people would imagine. Most people would assume that seeing an animal lying on the road means that it was either on death’s door or was already lifeless.
