This dog is eight years old. All his life he waited for some human to save him. About two years the doggy spent confined to a cage in one of the Romanian cities and then he was spotted by the rescuers. Poor pooch was nameless. There was just a tag number in his ear.
The dog had malnutrition and was neglected. There were fleas all over. Then doggy was named Charlie. Though dog suffered a lot, he wagged his tail, did not lose interest to everything around. The dog kept on smiling through all his recovery.
Doggy is very friendly. All he needs is a caring family that can adopt him.
