No one knows how he ended up wandering around a set of active railroad tracks in the heart of Los Angeles. But something had to be done.
In February, a Good Samaritan grew concerned when she saw a pit bull roaming around train tracks in the Compton neighborhood of Los Angeles. She contacted Hope for Paws, a local rescue organization, and volunteers immediately set out to capture him and bring him to safety.
Meanwhile, the sheriff had already been notified about the situation and had stopped all train traffic while the rescue effort was underway. But this frightened pup didn’t make it easy.
