It was just a routine patrol of Longview Lake by park rangers in Kansas City, Missouri. People suddenly heard an animal crying. They went in the direction of the sound, and they found made them cry. They saw a yellow lab-shepherd mix who was filthy and tied to a cinder block. Somebody very cruel tied the dog there and left it for dead. That person wanted to get rid of the dog and left die slowly there. Such cases should be thoroughly investigated to determine the criminal and punish the one for it. The police started its work already – the investigation was launched to find the owner and bring him or her to justice.
