Joao Augusto was heading into his apartment building in Sao Paulo Brazil, when something 100 feet in the air caught his eye. With little time to react, he quickly put himself in danger to save the life of a neighbor’s dog.
The Shih Tzu named Mel was teetering on the edge of his balcony. Something inside Augusto told him that the little dog was going to fall. He was right. Mel lost his footing and started his deadly fall from the 9th floor.
