This is the story of a person who happened to be in the right place at the right time. The man was going to take part in the Great Victorian Bike Ride where he was ready to assist bikers. However, he did not expect that his assistance will help to save the life of animal. When he was at the Apollo Bay campsite with his friends, he saw that some object was floating in the water of the Barham River and this was a fuzzy small koala. It was evident that the animal could not swim and was drowning, so the man decided to intervene and went to the water. He wanted to take it out with a branch but then just grabbed it and took it out.
