Sue Drummond was walking her dog, Bibi, on a pier in their home of Melbourne, Australia when the weather quickly took a turn for the worst. Gale force winds close to 60 mph posed a threat to everyone near the water, especially the tiny Shih Tzu. A strong gust of wind blew Bibi off the pier into the choppy waters and Sue feared her beloved pet would be lost at sea.
