Police in Carrollton, Texas, helped save a dog that somehow was suffering from a heroin overdose. The Carollton Police Department posted on Facebook the gruesome details of what happened to this poor Chihuahua. “A shift patrol officer found the puppy suffering from a drug overdose Saturday,” the Facebook post wrote. “Pup was left in the floorboard of a truck in the Home Depot parking lot while its humans were busy inside switching price tags.”
