What a wonderful story this is. A guy went to a shelter to adopt a dog. When he found the one he liked they told him that the pooch had already been signed up for adoption. The man was devastated as he felt an instant bond with the canine, and offered to foster him for two weeks before his forever family was supposed to take him. This was a terrible idea! The two had an imediate connection, and became best friends.
