It is with heavy hearts that we inform you that the Pit Bull Cotton has been put down. He was in pain that his parents just could not fix. We are so lucky to be left with this beautiful video of him and his dad.
There’s something about watching reunion videos that restores my faith in the kindness of the world. Seeing the abounding love between two people (or creatures!) is so incredibly touching. The second this rescue Pit Bull sees his dad? I lost it!
The sweet, gorgeous, and deaf rescue Pit Bull — named Cotton — was eagerly waiting for his soldier dad’s return after being gone for two days. Two very long days in doggy time.
