We will never understand why some people mistreat and abuse animals. Animals are part our families, and they require love and care just like the other family members.
Heather Frazer is an angel who saved a golden retriever puppy and two cats from their abusive owner. Heather said she pinpointed the sound of distressed animals and called 911 immediately. The abuser was a 26-year-old who was later arrested by the authorities.
The abused animals were taken to a vet where they were treated. Fortunately, the animals recovered and were put for adoption.
