These sisters are getting the help they need and lots of love at Kitten Rescue, a Los Angeles-based non-profit organization dedicated to saving homeless and abandoned cats and kittens. They were saved from a kill-shelter at around a week old and before long the nursery manager realized that there was something wrong as they weren’t outgrowing their floppiness.
They were soon diagnosed with a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), because of this they have trouble controlling their motor functions so even walking is a problem. The volunteers were determined to help them so one of them came up with the idea of making little wheelchairs that will help them gain strength in their limbs and allow them to practice walking.
